What we are doing to prioritize the safety of our staff and clients:
- Masks are required and being used by both clients and staff at all times before and during a service.
- Rooms have been repositioned so that two clients are always no less than 10 feet or more apart.
- This is more space than required by mandate.
- No more than 2 clients are seen at any time with staggered arrival times to ensure no contact with other guests. Due to this new protocol, there is no need to arrive early for your appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled time.
- All common areas are sanitized between appointments including: door handles, entry door glass, reception desk and restroom.
- No contact payments are in place including no-touch dip for chipped cards, Apple Pay and all Tap to Pay Cards
- Gratuity may now be added to your credit or debit transition or sent directly to your technician via Venmo or Cash App.
- Hand sanitizer is available through the studio for your use.
- Free masks are available for clients who are receiving a service.
- HEPA 13 Air Filtration is running at all times in each treatment area.
- Temporary change in business hours to compliment our already strict hygiene standards and allow for ample sanitation time between clients.
